| Dear Clients and Stakeholders,
Amid the growing concerns about the Coronavirus (COVID-19), I wanted to take a moment to reach out and assure you that TriCare Counseling & Consulting, Inc. is taking precautions to minimize its impact in our community. Our company has plans in place for situations like this, and we continuously improve them based on the guidance from our local and state health departments. The health and wellness of our employees and clients is our primary concern. Should you visit us at any time, we appreciate you practicing the same healthy guidelines we’re requesting from our staff to help prevent the spread of all respiratory illnesses. We will continue to disinfect our physical spaces, and our staff has been instructed to refrain from shaking hands at this time. We will have a supply of hand sanitizers for your use at our locations. Our goal is to provide uninterrupted access to services, when and where you need them. Please remember that we have a variety of ways for you to access services without an in-person visit. Call us at 910-249-4219 if you do not receive a call from your outpatient therapist. Now more than ever we encourage you to be vigilant against scams, especially via phone and email. Unscrupulous people are trying to take advantage of the fear and uncertainty of the moment. It’s times like these when we need to rely on each other for support.
